In the early hours of Friday 19th June, Palestine Action targeted the Florida home of Donnelly Anne Bohan, a senior executive of Elbit Systems, Israel’s biggest weapons firm. The exterior of the house was sprayed with blood-red paint, and the air conditioning sabotaged.
Bohan’s property was targeted because she is the President and CEO of Elbit’s subsidiary Spartan Corporation and Vice President of Elbit America’s Maritime Division. The house, and attendant American flag was liberally sprayed with blood-red paint, symbolizing the blood spilled by Elbit Systems, who produce 85% of Israel’s killer drones, and other weapons used during the genocide in Gaza. The air conditioning system was also disabled, and ‘Palestine Action’ was sprayed on the driveway to the property.
The group who took the action said: “As the rubble in Gaza rises, along with Elbit’s profits, we will not allow war criminals to sit in comfort at the expense of the displaced, and the ongoing genocide in Palestine! Their spoils of war will not go unspoiled!”
